      Avantages

      There is a great senior team working in the regions. Very technically skilled field application team. Driving life work balance - but not being able to motivate people to execute and perform.

      Inconvénients

      very low pay compared to competition. Very few opportunities to grow. Huge political games. HR living in the 90th. Company preaching values and not following them. Firing senior stuff and hiring unskilled young stuff.
