      Work culture, work life balance, awesome managers (most of them) who are not like whip wielding maniacs who just want the work to be completed

      Inconvénients

      Low tech work, tech always behind the curve, low pay, ultra low increments, irregular appraisals/ no appraisals, frequent pay cuts
