* Poor salary. In no way competitive to other companies in same industry * Poor management skills. Never get things done by HR. They just keep stalling requests. * Poor facilities- including food, refreshments, campus, work place. * Cheapness- All facilities provided are cheap with lowest in its class. * Old management chain. No intention to grow or let others grow by most in management chain. * No talent based promotions. Promotions are based only on experience. You can imagine how many unskilled managers are there. * No incentives for new ideas. * Poor onsite opportunities. * No fair profit sharing. Share values are good but this will help only management chain as they are the ones who own most of the shares. Employees are kept puzzled with min salary level though company is making profit over profit and acquisitions even during recession.
