Perspective commerciale
Avantages
A lot of smart people from all over the world. Very diverse company who does not discriminate on your race, religion, and sexual orientations. (notice I did not say women). Great technology, and very nimble company.
Inconvénients
The company's CEO creates a culture of nickel and dime'ing its employees. The senior management is very able when the CEO is not engaged, but they do very little to guide Mr. Saylor anywhere when he is engaged. The senior management staff are in for themselves. They seem to just sit the backseat while Mr. Saylor wrack his own company.
