Avantages
1. Transport both side 2. No Work Pressure(at least for our Process) 3. Leave Policy is good and flexible 4. Four hours policy i.e. four hours in the office and your attendance is marked as present(Once in a while you can avail this) 5. Birthday and Anniversaries coupons. 6. Fixed off(Sat-Sun for most of the processes except a few)
Inconvénients
Some of the downsides are.. 1. Night shift.. Oh boy !! do i need to explain 2 . Rude and unprofessional and partial managers 3. And.. No career growth. Sit down relax and see your ship of progress sinking :( 4. Wait you want me to write about appraisal .. you must be kidding :) 5. Be in the good book or survive till you give up. (All points above are according to my process some of the processes are quite good and happy people.)
