      -somewhat flexible work days -PTO accrual biweekly

      Inconvénients

      -benefits are expensive and not good -low census occurs a lot and they do not make up your pay -no gas reimbursement for multiple different facilities required to go to other than home base -$0 maternity leave -low hourly wage

      -poor culture, this got ruined when they handed out green sunglasses to everyone during covid-that was their thank you! -no recognition -very unfriendly senior leadership
