      Somewhat competitive pay. Decent location, growing subspecialty base

      Inconvénients

      Bought out by mercy one/trinity out of Michigan. Changing pay rate (lower), we have little to no say in any meaningful changes

      Excellent colleagues, experienced leadership, opportunities for advancement, and provides great benefit to the community.

      Experiencing some changes in scope as we adapt to a more regionalized structure, but will be a positive in the long run.

      -Good Manager -departments worked well together

      Inconvénients

      -poor culture, this got ruined when they handed out green sunglasses to everyone during covid-that was their thank you! -no recognition -very unfriendly senior leadership
