      Low salary, non competetive.. you may be moved to other units on your shift. Lack of staff and budget

      -Good Manager -departments worked well together

      Inconvénients

      -poor culture, this got ruined when they handed out green sunglasses to everyone during covid-that was their thank you! -no recognition -very unfriendly senior leadership
