      Avantages

      MercyOne North Iowa has a great problem solving culture and wonderful Senior Leadership Team. The North Iowa branch excels at continuous improvement and ensuring patients and employees are cared for.

      Inconvénients

      MercyOne (system) does not share common parent companies - split between Common Spirit Health and Trinity. This causes difficulty in collaboration amongst markets.

      Excellent colleagues, experienced leadership, opportunities for advancement, and provides great benefit to the community.

      Inconvénients

      Experiencing some changes in scope as we adapt to a more regionalized structure, but will be a positive in the long run.

      -Good Manager -departments worked well together

      Inconvénients

      -poor culture, this got ruined when they handed out green sunglasses to everyone during covid-that was their thank you! -no recognition -very unfriendly senior leadership
