      good benefits, flexible time, like the people I work with as a whole

      Inconvénients

      favoritisms, never received greater than 2% increase despite high rating and many, many hours worked, some long time managers can't adjust to change and are bulldozers - good ol boy system alive and well

      Great benefits and high salary, a lot of room for growth.

      Inconvénients

      Experience depends highly on your manager and department. I worked my butt off and had an awful manager in a toxic department, but now I have an amazing manager in a much calmer department.
