The owner of the company likes to walk in with his nose in the air without even greeting his employees. Then proceeds to sneakily hover over your computer screen, watching your every move, making it impossible to have a comfortable work enviornment. The pay is absurd. How can anyone survive in NYC getting paid 13/hr and don’t even expect to get paid for a full 40 hours. You’ll basically have to clock out when using the bathroom etc. No PTO or health insurance. The owner is impulsive and likes to yell at you when you make a mistake . For a sales guy, he has very little people skills... oh the irony. He also likes to intimidate his employees with his aggressive approach to managing a company. It’s so transparent and and he just ends up looking ridiculous. I could go on... but don’t bother working here you’ll find more opportunity at McDonald’s
