      Inconvénients

      Little collaboration or time-management involved in work. Close to no formal training for new employees and a mentality that shows the only way to get ahead is to work overtime. Having trouble holding on to any young employees.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Inconvénients

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
