      Very employee centric place to work Open door policy for management, all the way up to the CEO Good benefits package

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, Significantly more work to be done than manpower to do it. Occasionally details of what needs to be done gets lost in communication

      Avantages

      Leaders in Service & Sales Performance Management. They offer solutions that actually make life better for the users of the system and their customers. There is real value to be had.

      Inconvénients

      Acquired by NICE Systems. Focus has changed as a result which may or may not be bad. It's also a bigger company which affords some benefits - like training - but also means more bureaucracy and less individual impact.
