-As existing employees are laid off or leave due to terrible working conditions, they are either not replaced or eventually replaced with a entry level off shore employees. -No path to grow your career, everyone is just surviving as long as they need to. -Receive regular emails from HR about how hard they are working on their DEI program, while there is still no incentive program built for our existing employees that managers have been asking for since launch. 90% of our technical team members are in India now and HR explicitly said they will only be looking at US team members for Diversity benchmarks, so a team of 15 Indian workers and 2 remaining white workers is considered lacking in Diversity still.
