      Avantages

      You get to meet a lot of different kinds of people. In a retail setting it's bound to happen but some of my closest friends I have met while working for the company.

      Inconvénients

      You can kiss your life goodbye if you are full time or management. Make sure you are able to plan life around the store. Pay isn't that great for managers either.

      Avantages

      Profit sharing for employees who work over 1,000 hours per year. Flexible with hours. Lots of resources to help employees learn and grow.

      Inconvénients

      Late break policy a bit strict, but its never a problem.

      Great place to work and help people. Management is amazing and always there to guide and encourage learning.

      Inconvénients

      Must be able to work with customers who are experiencing a crisis at home or work.
