      Avantages

      People, team members and guests. There is also multiple job openings in multiple cities and states where you can promote or laterally move as much as you like.

      Inconvénients

      No real way to move up in the company unless you want to stay on the retail side and once you move into general management min 50 hr weeks working 6 days with no time to see family.

      Avantages

      A few of the people are nice to work with.

      Inconvénients

      A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
