      Avantages

      The job itself was easy. It was simple to learn any new information that was brought to us by vendors and corporate.

      Inconvénients

      At Menards, the co workers were not that intelligent. They seem to be slackers and lacking ambition to further their careers in the "real world".

      Great place to work and help people. Management is amazing and always there to guide and encourage learning.

      Inconvénients

      Must be able to work with customers who are experiencing a crisis at home or work.
