      Avantages

      Good staff Lots of Work Great Work/Life Balance Great time if you're looking for a job (Early 2022)

      Inconvénients

      Overtime was handled weird, they aren't large enough to do time and half, and was charged as expenses to you. Sometimes time management was up in the air. I had projects that sat for a while, waiting on review. Not the greatest group structure. May be a numbers problem.

      Great management, family-run/oriented. Can/will accommodate a slightly different schedule if needed.

      Avantages

      The opportunity to learn from the senior engineers, designers and on field inspectors is immense. The coworkers are very nice and helpful and always support when help is needed. The salary is good. The management of the company has been the key to success of MECA Engineering.

      Inconvénients

      No Cons at least for me. I have enjoyed my working experience in the company.
