      Avantages

      I have liked the idea of working from home since COVID days and they allowed me to enjoy this benefit.

      Inconvénients

      When it comes to KPI scales, upper management expects you to achieve insane goals and work terribly brutal hours, even if it means exhausting yourself. The support and resources you get to do the job are poor, as the management avoids upgrading stuff with time. It's ridiculous.

      Pay, benefits, leave, equipment provided, if you're on the fence take the job and make your own conclusions

      Inconvénients

      That "we're a family" nonsense. Micromanagers, incompetence in leadership, metrics too big, lots of people let go, they only promote the closest people to them.
