      Avantages

      Very flexible hours. Work when you want to. Management will usually adhere to your schedule. Good part-time job if you need it.

      Inconvénients

      Some of the kids do not want to be there and they will be a nuisance to teach. Not the fault of the company but it still happens

      Avantages

      Flexible hours that I could choose, nice working space. My boss was nice and very reasonable. Pay was decent after I completed some certifications. When the teaching was effective it was pretty rewarding and it can be fun to talk to the kids.

      Inconvénients

      It was honestly a very tiring job. The kids can get really rowdy and difficult to manage, especially if you have to teach three at the same time. Management required us to use tablets and a finicky platform for worksheets that was not helpful and forced me to further split my attention.
