      Avantages

      nice, clean environment team teaching meaning that if you are having trouble with a student there is someone else to help kids are generally very kind and sweet

      Inconvénients

      somewhat low pay given that qualifications are pretty high hours are afterschool, and generally have to commit more hours during the school year while less during breaks (which for a person still studying, it is quite a hassle)

      Avantages

      Flexible hours that I could choose, nice working space. My boss was nice and very reasonable. Pay was decent after I completed some certifications. When the teaching was effective it was pretty rewarding and it can be fun to talk to the kids.

      Inconvénients

      It was honestly a very tiring job. The kids can get really rowdy and difficult to manage, especially if you have to teach three at the same time. Management required us to use tablets and a finicky platform for worksheets that was not helpful and forced me to further split my attention.
