      Avantages

      Smart and nice people to work with. Nice office and location.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of transparency in decision-making. Low salaries compare to other tech companies. Dysfunctional middle management (many process/ways of working, little impact to product). No bottom-up feedback mechanism. Slow to change. Technology struggles to keep up

      Avantages

      The values are do the right thing and think long term - hard to get better than that. Work life balance is also quite good.

      Inconvénients

      Software only, not much hardware. Limited ambition among coworkers.
