      Have been associated with Math Co for the past 4 years, and it is great to work with a team of professionals. Moreover, the higher management ensures that employees get recognition for their hard work. I highly recommend this company. offering recognition for hard work.

      Inconvénients

      The management should focus more on upskilling training for employees.

      Avantages

      There are no pros that I can think of

      Inconvénients

      Stay away from this company at all costs. Besides offering pay below market rate - Incompetent HR Team, incompetent coworkers who cannot fulfill basic tasks, toxic management who blame individual workers where there are no tools or systems / frameworks to set up an employee for success. By far the worst company I have ever worked at for the entirety of my career. I have never in my life cried so much at a job before.
