      Avantages

      Salary and bonus are great, really competitive.

      Inconvénients

      No correlation it feels in first few years between performance and bonus (a bit of a lucky dip). Latest management changes are bringing about general negativity. Low morale makes things tough. Always difficult to switch off at the end of the day and at weekends.
