      Avantages

      I have been really impressed so far. Interview and onboarding has been smooth. Been warmly greeted by the team. Coming in an experienced team with very low staff turnover. Been a really positive experience.

      Inconvénients

      Lots to learn though this is a reason I went into a new industry so fully expected.
