Sit and wait, sit and wait… not sure where all of the clients are supposed to come from, but they aren’t walking in the door - making stylists sit and wait. Absolutely no marketing done.

You gain corporate knowledge, and have the chance to learn new things.
Inconvénients
They mis classify you, so your deductions are higher. They raise your monthly goals based on one good month and it’s never enough, with what you bring. Ignore rules for some, don’t share information with their regionals like asked. Yet, you get treated like garbage if you speak to anyone outside your DM. And, acts like dm is in your corner yet failed to handle a problem employee for a very long time. With plenty of evidence. It affects their bonus!! They don’t care as long as they are producing.
