      Avantages

      1. Opportunity and space for the individual to voice their ideas 2. Management is willing to listen to diverse voices 3. Good company policies and opportunities for personal growth

      Inconvénients

      1. The company is considered as a division within its parent organisation, leading to strange conflicts across functions 2. Poor performers are not penalised and good performers are not incentivised 4. Salary for middle management is below market standards while senior management earn more than market
