      Avantages

      If you are a deserving candidate then it's definitely a place to grow. - Pay is good, however you might experience disparity - Technology, most of the latest tech stack is already in use or in pipeline - Competitive environment - Opportunities to excel in career - Profit sharing to the employees if company is doing good - Better basic pay eventually leads to better PF accumulation.

      Inconvénients

      - At a time there will be work pressure - Aggressive targets - Random layoff, sometime it's avoidable - No option to choose basic pay - Unplanned recruitment
