      Good people, robust product, solid client base, financially stable

      Inconvénients

      Directions keep changing. Top management sometimes makes up their mind in a direction that appears to be headed in the wrong direction, not learning from past mistakes, salary is low, benefits poor at best

      Avantages

      Everything is very fast, so if you're that type -- you'll be OK. Otherwise, it may be difficult to keep up because everyone is smart and doesn't wait for slow thinkers.

      Inconvénients

      Company wants to grow and is changing many roles. But this could help them do what they're after.

      Avantages

      Since it is a small company, you really get a lot of autonomy and responsibility which is great for gaining experience. Really smart and supportive group of people to work with. Management is very transparent and looks for input from everyone in the company.

      Inconvénients

      a high work load since there company is small. Compensation also pretty low considering the amount of work that is expected. A lot of people work remotely which can hinder productivity
