      Co-workers are fun and intelligent

      Management is all knowing and all controlling. Micromanaging every aspect. Unwilling to hear ideas to improve the culture and employee satisfaction. Zero flexibility for staff, driven only by numbers and how many patients you can put through. Not a fulfilling environment with no chance of advancement. If you have a strong personality and are unwilling to put up with being underpaid, overworked, and unheard by management... You should steer clear of this place.

      Location is easy to get to

      Inconvénients

      After merger of SRC and SPR. SPR employees are promoted regardless of talent. No option for remote work. Salary increases are subpar to the economy.
