Sloppy and unresponsive management with no solid business strategy - Avis employé Business Development Manager MCompass

1. Communication gap, as the management is so arrogant that they do not want to hear whatever the employees suggest regarding the growth of the company. 2. Delay in payment of salary and delay in employee settlement. The reasons are there is no sufficient funds in the company bank account. 3. Missuse of power by seniors eg:- loss of pay given to the employees and the reasons are unfair. eg:- religious celebrations are forbidden and the entire employees were given loss of pay. 4. Unfair decision by management in dealing with employees and lots of internal politics even though it is just a start up. 5. The management has no clue as of what there goals and visions are. The management is run by inexperienced group of youngsters. 6. Employee is terminated on the basis of reasons that are lame and without warnings or any sufficient reasons provided. 7. The management has lot of ego and attitude issues with employees with good caliber and talent and they invest more time in taming them rather than growing the company into successful enterprise.
