      Avantages

      -Looplist really cares about company culture and helps each employee embody the vision of what the company is trying to achieve. You are not another cog in the system at Looplist, but instead you can directly see where your efforts are playing into the overall success of the company. -There are no cubicles in Looplist's office. The work environment has been designed to enable creativity with beanbags and open workspace. -Small and tight knit team -A day in the office never feels like work. There is such a passion in the office that everyday feels exciting, and innovative.

      Inconvénients

      -The team is small, but they are still early stage and growing (can be a pro or con) -There is no ping pong table in the office, but there are rumors of getting a couple VR systems installed.

      Not a lot of structure in role but this is normal to expect out of a small, growing startup

      Avantages

      -Being my first job right out of college, I feel unbelievably grateful to be working for a company like this one! The culture that has been created at Looplist makes coming into work everyday not feel like work at all. The team is small but filled with creative, smart, hardworking and fun people who I connected with instantly. Not to mention that we all are encouraged to say what's on our mind, ask unlimited questions, and help brainstorm ideas for every part of the app. -The office environment is amazing! The work area is all open with beanbags, couches, a ping pong table and a VR system for when we need to take a little break. -It is located a block down from Larimer Square in LODO.

      Inconvénients

      -Still working on getting to bring our dogs into the office, once we can it will be PERFECT!
