Good company, let down by bad man-management - Avis employé Sales Loading Systems

Unfortunately its the bad apples which ruin what could be so much better. Theres also a boom and bust culture - in good times its good - in bad times, start looking for an alternative. The office includes some very knowledgeable and experienced people however they all seemed to be at the beck and call of a nasty narcissistic and seemingly bullet proof receptionist - an awful person who seems to have the directors in her pocket. High staff turover, many due to this person - the company has lost dozens of good staff because of this person - shes still there.....
