Engineers are empowered to build great products, with a high level of autonomy. No micro-management; you are trusted to get the job done. Exposure to many interesting areas like functional programming with F# and Haskell. You are given time and space to explore technology, read books, attend conferences etc and grow your skills. There's a great culture of learning and self-improvement. Standards are high, best practises followed. Great coworkers, highly skilled and motivated, and a pleasure to work with. Dublin office seems to be particularly well run. Pay and annual leave allowance are both good. Good work-life balance. Management very supportive. It's just a nice place to work.
Inconvénients
Some of the internal tools and processes used aren't user-friendly and need improvement. The background screening you need to take before starting is a pita.
