Avantages

PTO, free food, ability to work remote.

Inconvénients

Pay is below average and they compensate by giving away merchandise and having award ceremonies. If management doesn’t like you, you may not have any upward mobility and they will find a way to fire you. Depending on your department you may not be given the same opportunities to train for skills offered that may not be needed for your role but could help you advance in the company. The culture is very high school cliquish and the department I was in was not diverse enough. The on boarding process with the HR recruiter is horrific and unprofessional based on my experience and other employees I spoke with. Within the consumer operations division the LexisNexis pay is not commensurate on your skills or education. Promotions are based on who you know and who likes you they could careless how valuable you are as an employee. I would not recommended anyone I know to this division within the company.

Avantages

The company has a strong market position and the work is genuinely meaningful. The data and risk solutions space is interesting and the business has real substance behind it. Colleagues are generally knowledgeable and willing to help when you can find the right people.

Inconvénients

Onboarding is largely sink-or-swim. New hires inherit work in progress without adequate context, documentation, or ramp-up support. Access to the tools, data, and systems you need to do your job can take weeks to materialize, which puts you behind before you even get started. There’s an expectation of immediate execution without the infrastructure to support it, and little formal process for how campaigns or projects are handed off.
