There are no pros to working here.

Working every holiday No days of Dr. Doesn’t respect your time off Dr. Mistreats animals and staff Reception are the worst people ever Your life will be a living hell if you work here. I was hired as full time. I was lucky to get 30 hours a week. The owner (only doctor) does not respect your time off. He plays favorites certain people will call out on holidays which are shift they signed up for. The only people who ever get in trouble for anything are the techs even if it’s the receptionist fault. Do yourself a favor and run.

The only pros are the coworkers other than reception. The clients are also very kind.

LOTS of cons. Over worked with no pay. He hires very inexperienced techs and throws them in. The vet is VERY rough on the animals and has slammed their heads on the table when they are aggravated. The doctor can hardly read an xray and he won’t as so much pick up a pen to assist his techs. NO BENEFITS!!
