      Avantages

      Good atmosphere, good learning prospects, dynamic, international contacts, professional clients and management. Very flexible as well as most employees are allowed to work from home.

      Inconvénients

      Different time zones - drawback for some people. You have to be self-motivated person to work here.

      Avantages

      Pretty easy remote work, as long as you are just regular grunt you are mostly care free, as long as you are not a manager or a developer it's mostly stress free work.

      Inconvénients

      Slackers and hard workers treated the same, no perks, no advancement opportunities. Same salaries for most positions.

      Avantages

      Small group of employees, they all like and respect each others, very helpful, no complain here.

      Inconvénients

      Management are absent, they only talk to you if they need something extra done, or want to complain about something you have done. no real guidance or encouragement.
