Inconvénients
The communication is a serious problem. The main means of communication is through email. Sometimes your emails will literally go ignored. However, if management need you they are quick to send out an email and request a prompt response. By far the worse part of working for this company is getting paid once a month. The pay is not consistent. If there is a problem with payroll and you do not receive a check for the month there is no telling when you will receive it. I waited for almost three months to get paid. When I contacted management my emails were ignored. I had to somewhat threaten to leave before I finally got a response.
