Avantages
Labrys is a great place to work if you’re needing to fill in some gaps on your resume, or if you need a high pressure environment to work effectively.
Inconvénients
The company got itself thoroughly stuck in the growth phase of a startup, while also trying to scale up to a corporate sized entity. This effectively resulted in the organisation having the cons of both and the benefits of neither. Middle management is overworked and enormously pressured to deliver, resulting in significant gaps in support and people being burnt out quickly. While at the same time, upper management is extremely inflexible to change to address the above points and instead micromanages in order to achieve what they want.
