Avantages

Awesome and innovative technology where you get to handle it and use it to solve practical problems and make businesses operate better. Managers directly above you really care about your success and improvement. Benefits are great, pay is pretty good.

Inconvénients

Travel is extensive, being in hotels is the norm for some territories. Some offices/divisions territory is split up in ways which don't make sense. Upper Management/Keyence Corporate cares too much about short term sales metrics and constantly increasing goals no matter what the circumstance.

Avantages

Great training program, and good mix of roles. You wear a lot of hats at this job which prepares you well for your career. Business and technically focused, and a real product expert type of role.

Inconvénients

Its a tough job and a lot of work and long hours. You need to deal with customers constantly through a lot of virtual support.
