Avantages

Was able to work from home

Inconvénients

The shifts were long for full time employees such as 10 hours a day for 4 days. Usually from 10am to 9pm or from 8am to 7pm. Company was disorganized. Other customer service representatives would remain idle or offline so you would end up getting call after call nonstop. Other customer service representatives would call you on the company phone line to randomly talk or to tell you to do something that they were supposed to do themselves.

The team is top notch. They don’t micro manage. They trust their people. And they get the job done.

Inconvénients

The company is growing and constantly adapting to feedback.
