      Avantages

      Pay was higher than I expected- found out later they misrepresented the job I would be doing by a long shot.

      Inconvénients

      Understaffed and their clientele are mostly State assigned risk, which equals a ton of denials and lots of in depth liability investigations.

      Avantages

      -relaxed and comfortable in-office environment -no red tape. tons of flexibility to make decisions and suggest changes -it is a very small company, your impact is felt here -great team environment, people have fun and support each other

      Inconvénients

      -health benefits are expensive. if you go need employer insurance, this is a major issue -100% in-office, no work from home

      Avantages

      Good people who cared about the company and their jobs.

      Inconvénients

      Incompetent upper management who's strategy was to pay all claims regardless of validity which caused the company to be liquidated and all employees to lose their job.
