No micromanaging, good coworkers “non management” great vendors

Management is a joke from Fort Kent Maine to Dallas Texas. No backbone, they calm fire and don’t put them out, under payed employees of a job type, terrible insurance, and poor communication to the point of laughter. Would not recommend
