Avantages
Some good learning opportunities and chances to pursue areas of technology you may be interested in. A few good people that try to make things better.
Inconvénients
Absolutely awful company atmosphere, I was shocked when I overheard what some colleagues said about clients or other coworkers (mocking accents, women, and visibly queer people). Some of these things were said directly to me and I was called names for asking coworkers to stop or having a reaction of disgust at the jokes. Nothing was done to try and remedy this when higher-ups heard about it. There was very little to no training or communication across teams. The company is only interested in making a profit, not in delivering quality work or supporting its employees.
