Avantages

Good tools and resources i.e. a company-wide intranet, online application program, standardization of many processes and procedures, and a clearly mapped mission statement and vision.

Inconvénients

The upper management team does not live by the company-stated values yet instead reigns with tyranny and fear. Each property is themed differently and has its own market but sometimes SOPs can be too restrictive and the "one size fits all" is short-sighted.

Similarly very diverse seemingly wonderful culture

Inconvénients

I was hired at almost 2 dollars less than the people that were hired a week before and a week after me. Evem with 5 plus years in hospitality. Within 3 days I was degraded in front of a guest. So bad that they wrote about their experience. Nothing was done. After a meeting with H. R the person who actually did the degradation try to retaliate against me. And said that I threatened and made them feel unsafe.. you can try to pull the anger man card. So after checking cameras and doing their investigation, I'm still employed. I still work with this person. I don't feel safe because this person has lied on my name. Once and I'm sure we'll do it again. How is this allowed to happen with HR? And all the established rules and regulations
