Avantages

Beautiful place to work. The staff and management there (called "Grand Performers") are friendly. The Marriott affiliation comes with a sweet hotel discount for employees and their families.

Inconvénients

The pay is not very good for uniformed employees. Insurance benefits are AWFUL. Non-uniformed employees are permitted to park in the gated, valet parking lot. Uniformed employees park on the street wherever there may be a spot, which often times, is challenging because of events in the area.

Similarly very diverse seemingly wonderful culture

Inconvénients

I was hired at almost 2 dollars less than the people that were hired a week before and a week after me. Evem with 5 plus years in hospitality. Within 3 days I was degraded in front of a guest. So bad that they wrote about their experience. Nothing was done. After a meeting with H. R the person who actually did the degradation try to retaliate against me. And said that I threatened and made them feel unsafe.. you can try to pull the anger man card. So after checking cameras and doing their investigation, I'm still employed. I still work with this person. I don't feel safe because this person has lied on my name. Once and I'm sure we'll do it again. How is this allowed to happen with HR? And all the established rules and regulations
