      Avantages

      Passionate, smart coworkers that are interested in collaboration and providing good solutions for clients. The work itself is interesting and there is room to grow and learn new skills as it's a small company.

      Inconvénients

      Sub-pair pay range. Poor executive management - terrible people management, not interested in fostering a positive workplace and taking care of their team, only interested in the money in their pockets. Surprisingly, the rest of the team is still able to make this an enjoyable place to work.

      Avantages

      They allow a hybrid work model

      Inconvénients

      The pay is SUPER LOW. Almost criminal. Located in downtown Toronto, they expect you to live off a salary that was considered low even in 2005. The management seems to justify this by buying you lunch here and there. Management offered little to no support, was always micro managing, and condescending. Lastly, they do not care about the environment one bit, despite how they frame themselves!

      Inconvénients

      Extreme micromanagement, company values are overlooked and don’t exist, very low pay for the added work responsibilities thrown at you.
