Avantages
The work day is 8:30 - 5:00 and you are expected to work only during those hours as a salary employee. There is no one hassling you about not staying late enough but you are welcome to if you want to. Excellent group of employees that are hard working and very amicable and helpful if you have questions A reasonable and rational ownership who is logical and understanding. Self motivated work place - with sales you have to have self motivation to pursue leads and issue quotes but the way leads come in has been as promised. This is an inside sales position and we receive requests daily so new contacts are always being generated. CRM is easy to figure out and documentation provided is helpful to get you started and generally is easy to figure out for someone with some computer skills. No issues with pay checks or pay periods/vacation time etc from a salary perspective. Cannot speak on health benefits because I am on my wife's plan. Work/life balance is excellent - exactly what I wanted.
Inconvénients
They are still using a standard pay check system which seems a bit antiquated in the days of direct deposit but it really isn't a deal breaker.
