      - very positive and supportive working culture - the product is excellent - collaboration within and between the teams ist running really well - clear growth strategy - stable business already

      Avantages

      Flexibility - I was able to go for a run or to the gym and come back. Trust - I was hired as a Sales Account Manager but ended up also doing Social Media work because the co-founder saw creative talent in me Team spirit: Everyone is super passionate and that infected me. Also super friendly and personal, with daily table tennis or fusball games Guidance: I was given hints and tips but told to figure out my own style of work. This was initially tough but let me really develop

      None I can think besides no formal training, but that's expected in such a startup
