      Avantages

      I get to hand fly the E145 as often as I want. Great hard working crews

      Inconvénients

      Don’t believe anything you told in the interview. Classic bait and switch. Chief pilots hated by everyone he oversees for good reason. CEA told everyone else to kick rocks if they don’t like being paid at poverty level.

      Avantages

      This company is disrupting air travel and making a great experience for customers. That means employees get to be creative and make decisions every day. Benefits are really good & premiums didn’t increase at open enrollment.
